I’ve been on a mission to clear out all of the salmon in our freezer before our next fishing trip so expect to see more delicious fresh fish around here! There’s a few halibut filets left that I’m excited about too 🤤

Ingredients

2 pound salmon fillet cut into 2” strips
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 brown sugar
1/3 cup bourbon
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic minced
1 Tbsp fresh green onion sliced
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
