This Soup is easy to make. Recipe: 2 Tbs minced ginger, 2 tbs Red curry paste, 1 lemon grass stalk finely chopped, Stir for 1 minute and add chicken broth, 2 tbs Fish sauce, 2 tbs Brown sugar and cover for 10 minutes. Add baby mushrooms and 2- 13.5 oz coconut milk and cover for 10 minutes until mushrooms are cooked. Lastly, add peeled & deveined Shrimp and cook for 5 minutes.
