Let’s start with the obvious question: what is bandwidth throttling, and why is your ISP responsible for it?
Network throttling is an intentional limitation of the communication speed by an Internet Service Provider. Since gaming, streaming, and torrenting are all bandwidth-heavy activities, it makes sense that ISPs want to limit them.
Have you noticed that sometimes, your internet speed test shows speed going down for no reason? Like, for example, when you are watching HULU, while Netflix is not lagging at all?
