Affinity Photo has the same power of using layer masks as Photoshop.
I remember the nightmare of getting to grips with layer masks in my early days of post-production. Here I have shown the simple make-up of a layer mask and hopefully, four simple, no-nonsense examples that will help the beginner to get started using this powerful tool.
