Reverse Punch Objectives Study in Martial Arts Part 1
In this video will start a study on how to punch, specifically a reverse punch. The matter what type of martial arts training you do or if you’re learning online, wherever, you’ll always learn punch in the styles you study.
We will continue this study from what we covered in our previous video called intro to a study in technique. In which we talked about the different scientific applications we will apply studying the differences in various techniques of most lighting systems. The body doesn’t change it is always going to be able to move in certain directions so in doing the study it can be applied against most if not all martial arts styles that might use these techniques.
Whether it’s karate, self-defense, MMA or just plain fitness the punch is the dominant technique that everyone uses. Training for fighting it is important that you study the basics of a punch when you’re starting out to delve even deeper into the dynamics of punching to improve as you continue to train.
Reverse punch objectives are seen not only in fighting but in kata, basics, and general fighting.
This first video we will break down the outline of the objectives they’re going to be needed in order to continue with our study at a logical and scientific breakdown. Not only are we talking about how to punch but how to punch hard and how to punch fast. This includes adding power by understanding the biomechanics of the human body and the integration of understanding physics to the types of actions you are doing.
This breakdown will only be the general one but will be continued into another video coming soon, built upon descriptions, common errors, and any comments that might be important to the study of the punch.
The question of the day:
“What techniques do you need to study to enhance your martial arts skill?”
