I went overboard on my loyalty to organizations. I believe you should be 100% loyal of course, but first to yourself (or your faith, etc). Too many of us (me) believe that an organization will reciprocate your loyalty. This is not always the case. You should be 100% loyal to yourself. I decided after learning the hard way to serve with excellence, not to "man" but for God. At the end of the day, who will be there for you?
