Honestly the Delphine house wasn't too bad if you keep a pen and paper handy. Mostly just trial an error. The constant running around for random encounters was actually the hard part! If you want to try it yourself before the step to step guide, remember that you're going to get the runaround, so the steps you have to take won't be in a logical order.
