Garlic Butter Grilled Prawns. You can’t go wrong 👌
Here’s the recipe -
10-12 - Large Raw & Shelled Prawns
4 Tbsp - Salted Butter
4 - Garlic Cloves, Grated
2g - Flat Leaf Parsley
Salt & Pepper To Taste
Red Chilli To Garnish
Method -
Butterfly the prawns by slicing under the belly from tail to head using kitchen sheers. Open it up and clean out the intestinal tract.
Melt the butter, add the garlic, parsley and season to taste. Brush the garlic butter over the prawn flesh and season to taste.
Heat your bbq on max temp. Place in the prawns flesh side down for 1 minute. Flip the prawns onto the shell and cook for 2 minutes. Remove. Baste over garlic butter while cooking.
Garnish with red chilli slices and a garlic butter. Serve and dig in.
