Pahangog Twin falls (also called as Dimiao Twin Falls) is one of the best falls here in Bohol. It is located at Guingoyuran, Dimiao, Bohol. This waterfalls is surrounded by a lot of trees and abundant vegetation that gives a mountain scenery and cool ambiance. I highly recommend adding Pahangog Twin Falls in your Travel Bucket List!

How to get there?

From the main tourist area of Panglao, it is a 60km drive that takes around 1.5 hours to reach Twin Falls in Dimiao. The best way to get to Pahangog Falls in Bohol is to rent a scooter from one of the many scooter rental stores dotted around the main tourist hub of Panglao. Scooter rentals are around 300 – 350 pesos per day with a full tank of gas.

Currently, there are no Bohol tours that I know if which include Dimiao Twin Falls on the itinerary so you will have to find your own way to this location.

The entrance fee at Dimiao Falls Bohol is 20 pesos.
There are also inflatable tubes that you can rent for an additional 20 pesos and undercover huts for 50 pesos.

When you arrive at Twin Falls Dimiao you’ll come to a small parking lot and a make-shift shack that serves as a shop selling cold water and snacks.
From here, follow the rocky trail which then leads on to a steep set of concrete stairs with handrails to get down to the falls. It is an easy to moderate hike that takes no more than 10 minutes to reach the bottom.
On the way down, I passed a few local kids as they were running up the trail soaking wet. One of them stopped to practice his English with me for a moment and I then took a photo of him before he continued on sprinting up the stairs. Got to love those social interactions with the locals in the Philippines!

As we reached the bottom of the stairs, Dimiao Falls revealed itself and I was in complete awe of how freaking stunning this place is.
