Former Chief Constable of Greater Manchester Police, Sir Peter Fahy, says the investigation into the shooting of nine-year-old Olivia Pratt-Korbel needs to look beyond the individual who pulled the trigger.

He told Sky News that the criminal networks that haunt communities in Liverpool and parts of the country need to be dismantled by communities working together with neighbourhood and intelligence-led policing.
