Bodh Gaya (Bihar), Dec 30 (ANI): Tibetan spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama, reviewed preparations for the Buddhist ceremony, the 34th Kalchakra ritual, in the holy city of Bodh Gaya. The Kalachakra ritual, an esoteric but very important Buddhist rite for activating dormant enlightenment, is scheduled to take place from January 3-14. Special prayers will be held for world peace and tranquillity during the Kalachakra initiations at the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Mahabodhi Temple, followed by prayers.
