Try this very famous Radhashtami special Dahi Arbi. This sabzi is cooked all over the Vraj dham, specially to celebrate Radhashtami. Dahi Arbi is a wonderful sabzi which requires very less time to get prepared and limited ingrediets to get a tangy, fresh creamy Dahi Arbi.

Ingredients:
500 gram arbi/ colocasia/ taro roots
Oil for frying
½ cup fresh curd
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder

¼ tsp asafoetida/ hing
Salt to taste
¼th cup water
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seed
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
