As an empath you may often sense the energy of other people and feel overwhelmed by different situations. Because empaths are so sensitive to energy, you may find that you feel and experience emotions which are not your own, due to taking on the energy and emotions of others. These may feel magnified, as empaths have a tendency to feel emotions on a very deep level.
This meditation has been created to help you clear out the external energy of others, so you’re able to become back in tune with your own energy field. This will therefore enable you to start recognising when external energy is influencing you, it is all about awareness.

By repeating this meditation daily you will start to be able to discern between what is your energy and what is the energy of others.

The meditation starts with a simple grounding visualisation, followed by an energy scan to sense any lower energy in your energy field. We then use light energy to clear all lower energy.
Once the lower energy is cleared, you're guided to sit in your own energy to allow you to build awareness of how this feels. This is an important part of the meditation as awareness of self is what enables you to start recognising the difference between your energy and the energy of others.
We then finish off with a simple protection technique.
