My 40th bowseason continues to roll on...

After a great hunt in Kansas("Kansas, on the 8th day"), and a successful opening day of bowhunting during our gun season here in NY(Bombshell'd")....

Less than a week later I was hunting the same stand when I finally had an encounter with a buck I'd been hoping to see all season!

Once again I was carrying my Timberghost Apparition longbow, "Bombshell", for this gun season hunt here in N.Y.

Yet another good example of how tough it is to self film a deer hunt...it is just never, ever easy!

"Bombshell", shortened from "Blonde Bombshell"(Osage riser), is a 60", 50@28" r/d longbow...Selway 5 arrow quiver, and I was shooting .400 spine carbon arrow tipped with a 250 grain, VPA, 1 1/4", 3 blade broadhead.
