Let yourself be taken down a cliff towards the Atlantic Ocean, in the area of Sesimbra. Very close to the beach of Praia da Foz, and not far from the iconic cape of Cabo Espichel, this ocean walk starts at the top of the cliff, and goes along its edges, offering stunning vistas over the beaches below.
The day was a bit hazy, but I found it perfect for this walk, which I wanted to record for Zen Walks for a long time. Carefully, I go down the cliff (not without half-slipping a couple of times, though...), and go from rock to rock when I reach the bottom - this is Nature at its fullness: raw and beautiful; no pathways whatsoever down there. Once at the bottom, what you'll get is a very deep and immersive experience: the rocks, the cliffs behind you and the omnipresent Atlantic Ocean.

As usual at Zen Walks, this was recorded in 3D audio, allowing for a spectacular ASMR soundscape, featuring sounds of footsteps on gravel, ocean waves, and wind. A perfect atmosphere for relaxation, study or even sleep. Use your headphones for a deep immersive experience 🎧 😊
