Primary and Secondary Sorting based on Handheld terminals and Put to light System.
During Primary sorting operators standing behind sorting conveyor with hand held devices, scan item barcodes and places the items on respective trolleys, Once any trolley is full, the trolley is transferred to its respective Zone for Secondary Sorting which is light based Put to light sorting system which consists of racks with locations or zones.
