I visit Papa's Fish & Chip restaurant in Blackpool which opened in July. Papa's is the largest fish & chips restaurant in the town, having 250 seats and creating 100 new jobs. The Blackpool restaurant is the 10th of the company's restaurants to open. The building, on a prominent corner of Blackpool Promenade last housed the Las Iguanas restaurant and Burger King before that.
