In this short video I explain two simple but effective ways to help you lose fat.
If your goal is to lose fat then you must be in an average energy deficit daily, there’s no way around that. Although nutrition will be the biggest factor when trying to get into a daily energy deficit, your daily activity will really help ensure you burn enough calories throughout the day to help you get into that much needed deficit. I explain my preferred way of doing this and why.
I also give a simple but extremely effective way of saving a lot calories throughout the day which again will ensure you’re in that daily energy deficit needed to lose fat.
