I would buy the Asus, and if I couldn't find it, then the MSI, and for last, I would leave the Gigabyte. If I didn't care about noise output and wanted the best performance out of the box and compact dimensions, I would go with the Gigabyte. The MSI is quite good, being in the middle offering good performance, low noise output, and high Performance per Watt ratio.
In general, get an Nvidia RTX 3070 if you can find one at a reasonable price if you are after good performance. It will allow you to play games at the greatest detail and high resolutions. In some games, even 4K resolutions with high details won’t be a problem. Raytracing is a cool feature as well if the game supports it properly. Finally, an RTX 3070 is on par with an RTX 2080 Ti in overall performance, and it is a bit behind the RX 6800 (without DXR). Compared to an RTX 3080, the 3070 loses from 14% at HD, 19% at QHD, and 24% at 4K.
