Both degrees allow you to practice as a nurse practitioner in a clinical setting, so what are some deciding factors in choose the right nurse practitioner degree for you? In this video I highlight a bunch of factors and considerations I made when deciding on my nurse practitioner degree. I am a dual certified family and pediatric nurse practitioner and I hold an MSN degree. I worked many years as a registered nurse (RN) in the emergency room, then continued working in the emergency room after becoming a nurse practitioner (NP). I also did travel nursing as an ER nurse. Check out my travel nursing videos to learn more about my life as a travel nurse. :)
