A central theme of Jean Paul Riopelle: Mutations is reflected in a 1967 collage of lithographic segments on canvas. The collages which Riopelle made from 1979 to 1992 he transmuted with acrylic spray paint, sometimes paint squeezed from tube onto litho, and sometimes added objects. There are six such mixed media works in this exhibition. It also includes prints from editions represented in various of the canvas works. A coloured Iceberg painting, 5' x 8', is another of the highlights.
