We booked the le westin at mont tremblant for skiing during christmas at over $500.00 a night. Upon returning to our room for the night we found a blood stain on the pillow and a pubic hair on the sheet. I called the front desk and they told me that if i wanted the linen changed i would have to do it myself and come to the front desk. This is my conversation with the staff. Btw they refused to refund my money when we left earlier from our trip.
