We head off on a mini road trip today in search of Mallorca's secret spot for the most epic views of the island! Will we find it? We head to the northern side of the island to Cap de Formentor to the Talaia d'Albercutx, also known as the watchtower. This medieval tower was used to keep watch and warn the island of incoming threats from the ocean. We climb to the top and the views are unbelievable! It sits on the highest point on the peninsula, and has incredible 360 degree views! We enjoy our time on the tower and are stoked that we were able to find it, but eventually get overheated from sun and need to get down. We also visit Mirador del Colomer which is much more accessible viewpoint along the cliffside.
