This easy 4-ingredient Trader Joe's meal is about 25 minutes from start to finish for a quick and healthy dinner during the week.
1 jar autumnal harvest pasta sauce
12 ounces just chicken, roughly chopped
1 package baby broccoli, roughly chopped
8 ounces world's largest fusilli pasta
1 tablespoon oil
salt & pepper
parmesan cheese, for topping
1. Make pasta according to the package. Save some pasta water.
2. When there are 10 minutes left on the pasta, heat up a pan with some oil and saute the broccoli with salt and pepper for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add sauce, chicken, and pasta and mix well to combine. Add a little bit of pasta water to help it come together. Let warm through for 1-2 minutes.
4. Top with a little parmesan cheese and enjoy!
