The Rock Exotica Arizona Vortex is a highly adaptable multi-pod which can be rigged as a standard tripod, or in advanced applications, as an A-Frame, an A-Frame with 'lazy leg', a sideways A-Frame, or a Gin Pole. With adjustable leg lengths and a versatile third leg, the Arizona Vortex Mulitpod lets rescuers set up an artificial high directional in virtually any urban, industrial or wilderness location.
The "easel" leg allows the tripod to be leaned to form an easel A-Frame, placing anchor or deviation points closer to the cliff or structure edge, making it a great system for, in particular, rescue teams who may also be trying to negotiate an edge whilst managing a stretcher.
Featuring quick release pins, it is simple to set up, lightweight and comes complete with two different types of Vortex feet for varying terrain.
