Fred just got kicked out of his house by an overbearing nanny, her saying that Fred is too incompitent to take care of his new daughter, Pebbles.
So Fred asks for help from his friend, Barney, on how to raise a baby.
Interacting with the child, changing diapers....and the occassional tickling! ;P LOL
