In this video I share with you guys how I write a synth pop style song like the band Future Islands. It's been a minute since I've incorporated synth, so this was really fun to make. It's difficult for me to explain the chords I am doing because, well, I don't know the names of the chords haha! But, maybe in the future I will take some lessons so I can understand exactly what I am doing haha.
I want to thank you guys for your artists/band suggestions! It is because of you guys that I look forward to making these types of videos. I know some of these songs that I write don't always come out sounding like the actual artists but that's the beauty of this process! Things don't always go according to plan.
