Construction continues to move at a brisk pace at The St. Regis Los Cabos Hotel and Residences. We are currently on track for a Spring 2023 opening of the hotel and our 1st Phase of condominiums and villas. We recently released Phase 2 of our condominiums that are already 60% sold out and allowed us to surpass over $130 Million in sales in approximately 18 months.
