Is naruto to boruto shinobi striker a pay to win game? How good is the standard attacker build that you start the game with? Let me put it like this: yes you will have an advantage by just having more options, that will always be the case and there are always gonna be certain things that do exceptionally well in a format and not all of them are gonna be completely free to play. But that doesnt mean that the base game doesnt give you everything you need. Preparation and knowing how to use the tools you have at your disposal RIGHT can go a very long way. And in the end it really comes down to outplaying another player and not another build. Even if they could choose between twice the amount of jutsus that you have access to. They will only ever be able to bring a total of 8 per loadout. So stop making excuses and learn how to play your builds right.
