New Delhi, Mar 03 (ANI): Amid the ongoing Ukraine crisis, French Ambassador to India Emmanuel Lenain on March 03 informed that France is helping Ukraine a great deal and expressed that it appears the sanctions levied by them on Russia are starting to “bite” their economy. “We're helping Ukraine a lot. All the countries in Europe have decided to send equipment,” he said. “In record time, we've been able to adopt unprecedented sanctions against Russia, its banking institutions, against so-called oligarchs who are supporting the regime and it seems that the sanctions are starting to bite, in particular, slump in the rate of the currency, added the French Ambassador.
