With the updated Patch 2.7 Diablo 2 Resurrected, we see Trap Assassins get another buff.

Not only do Traps get -ELR but they also get +Light dmg now too!

In addition, the NHD is removed globally for skills like Shock Web, which was previously not used much because of its long 1 second NHD. Now you can stack Shock Webs and some insane dmg.
