Bernard Makuza is President of Senate of Rwanda. Rwanda is a country in Africa. Rwanda was once known for genocide of more than a million population in internal fights. However, the country resolved the internal issues among themselves and now Rwanda is a role model of development. This is one of the fastest growing economies in the world. Democracy is also taking roots in the country with presidential form of governance with Parliament comprising of two houses.
