This vial print and inspection machine provides 100% quality inspection for printing and crimping on glass vials at all standard sizes.
Integrated with Cognex VisionPro, the full circumference and the top of the vial crimp caps are inspected using five high resolution, frame-grabbing cameras, linked to a high end PC based vision system. This allows the system to inspect the crimp and clearly read and verify the printed lot information no matter what orientation the vials are moving through the system.
