This is section 2 of a section hike of the Ouachita Trail. We covered 22.5 miles over 2 days from the backpackers camp at Winding Stair Campground to the border of Arkansas and Oklahoma. This section goes through the Kiamichi River Valley with several water crossings. Check weather and river reports and be smart. I hope you enjoy and go hiking!
