In the second part of the KA24de-t build - Will Roegge removes the oil pan with the engine in the car. Quickly talks about oil return line placement, then drills a hole for the return bung, and welds it to the oil pan. With KA24de's oil pan modified, he moves onto installing the front mount intercooler and piping. The s14 must have it's battery tray cut to accommodate the intercooler top pipe to the throttle body. Will then removes the stock KA24de exhaust header and secures the bottom mount manifold and Garrett GT25 turbo to the engine.
In Part 3, we finish the turbo install by replacing the battery, installing the oil feed and return lines, and adding a Greddy Blow Off Valve.
