The Copenstick is an innovative, efficient sash bar coping station designed for end scribing glazing bars, bond on bars and beads when making doors or windows. It can also be used for 'Face Frame' manufacturers for kitchen cabinets in conjunction with a Morso NFS. It is a compact sturdy end profiler that will fit well into your existing workshops making windows and taking up very little space. The Copenstick improves the speed and efficiency of your window production without compromising accuracy. It improves on other solutions on the market and can scribe the end profile of your beading at any angle from 90 degrees to 45 degrees for curves and shaped windows. This is an affordable alternative to the Stegherr KF-mini with several advantages and can be used with the QWood beading system.

The machine is very easy to operate, fast and accurate - the use of a matched pair of counter rotating high speed profile cutters avoids break-out or splintering when using delicate small sections. The machine table is moved side to side on linear bearings manually giving you control. Angles and bead sizes are quickly set on the table.
It has an adjustable 80mm vertical movement with digital read out allowing you to fit special tools with multiple profiles set on the machine.
