The competition was fierce, with all Top 5 models surpassing the 15,000-unit mark and separated by razor-thin margins!

Hyundai’s Creta held strong at the #2 spot with 15,452 units sold, continuing its SUV dominance. Tata Motors made a remarkable comeback, with the Punch and Nexon securing the third and fourth spots, respectively.

Interestingly, only three hatchbacks made it to the Top 10, all from Maruti Suzuki, highlighting a shift in buyer preference toward SUVs. The list now features seven utility vehicles, with Mahindra’s Scorpio becoming a regular entrant, gaining traction since the Scorpio-N launch. The recent Thar Roxx launch further boosted Mahindra’s portfolio, propelling the Thar (3D + 5D) to outperform competitors like the 3XO, Bolero, and Seltos....
