600 grams mutton
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
5 to 6 green chilli paste
200 gram yoghurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 TSP red chilli
1/2 TSP turmeric
1 tbsp corander powder
1/2 TSP cardomon powder
1 TSP garam masala powder
salt to taste
4 medium onions fried
handful coriander leaves
handful mint leaves
500 grams ectra long grain basmati rice wahed and soaked 30 minutes
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp salt
4 bay leaves
2 stick cinnamon
5 cardomon
5 pepper ghee
handful coriander mint leaves
green chillies 3 to 4
1 tbsp lemon juice
fried onion coriander mint leaves food colour desi ghee
