Cara Bernstein, Host of #millenniumlive, guides you through the workshop room and everything you'll need to know about running a workshop at one of our assemblies.
Your Millennium Alliance workshop session will be a thirty minute engaging discussion for about 30 Executives. You will have access to the screen in the room as well as the prompt screen below. There will always be an A/V team member in the back of the room to help with setup and any troubleshooting throughout the half hour. The A/V team can work with a flash drive (USB) that you provide, or you can even email your slide deck to the client services team and we can have this ready for you upon arrival.
For some, this screen may be intimidating so please don’t fret - slides are 100% optional. In fact, some of our most successful workshop sessions have used just a few slides to frame the conversation and led into an interactive and engaging discussion open to the floor.
A Millennium Alliance staff member will also be in the room at all times. They will introduce you and also keep track of time. If necessary, we’ll give you a 5 minute warning and a times up warning.
When you’re finished, be sure to take your flash drive, or any other technology with you!
