Everything in our lives revolves around the desire for freedom and the whole Revolution was about regaining it.

Nicoleta Giurcanu felt this feeling for the first time at the age of 14 when she shouted "freedom" at the Barricade in Bucharest.

The events that followed determined her to fight for this freedom throughout her life and not give up.
LI8E9 is a short film about a powerful story told by a person who discovered her power, a short film for teenagers, but not only.

Why teenagers?
We teenagers who created it and the teenagers who will see it did not experience what Nicoleta experienced as a teenager. This short film is not about the actions that happened, narrated and illustrated, but, in fact, about the regaining of freedom.
