HAMILTON COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- A Tri-State grandmother who used heroin while babysitting her grandson is now expected to face more serious charges. The Hamilton County sheriff's office just confirmed to Local 12 News the infant died Friday, Oct. 16. The 4-month-old boy wasn't breathing when medics pulled him from a bathtub in Kathy Huff's Whitewater Township home Oct. 3. She was also passed out in the tub. Police said Huff admitted overdosing after they revived her with the medication Narcan. She remains locked up on a 00,000 bond after a grand jury indicted her for child endangering.
