The Garza family gets it all the time: “What is it like to work with your family?”

Around here, family isn’t just relatives. It’s everyone who walks in and out of our workplace, or rather, our Siete home. It means: getting to be with friends we want to hang out with every day​; eating lunch around people who care about one another; surrounding ourselves with those who make us throw our heads back and belly-laugh; and growing together in strength, skills, and love.
