Yooo what's going on guys, in this video i talk about 3 Ways to Fix and Balance the Proc Seta Meta for PvP right now in the current patch Markarth. Proc sets have been around for long enough, its time we start talking about ways to fix it moving forward and what we can do to use our voice to let Zenimax know our frustration with the current state of proc sets. With the addition to malacath, i feel proc sets are overtuned and malacath needs some change, in this video i layout 2 changes to malacath and 1 change pertaining to proc DoT sets.
