Recipe:
1. Fry chopped garlic and onions until they become translucent (do not brown).
2. Add salt and spices - dry ginger powder (saunth), red chilli powder, and coriander powder.
3. Add boiled and peeled tomatoes.
4. Fry until tomatoes are well cooked - let all the water dry out (the oil shall separate at this point).
5. Add raw chopped spinach (you may blanch them, but not a requirement).
6. Fry until the spinach has cooked.
7. Add raw peas (frozen peas can be used).
8. Fry for sometime and add water.
9. Cover and cook until peas have softened.
10. Finish the dish with some shredded cheese.
