Badia Dalma is the traditional cuisine of Odisha. It is a frequently prepared dish in every odia house hold.
In this video, I have preapred Badia dalma using ginger & garlic with a little bit of desi ghee which enhance it's taste.
It can be served with plain rice , roti or paratha.

Ingredients Require :
1. Toor dal
2. Channa dal
3. Potato
4. Pumpkin
5. Beans
6. Long beans
7. Spine gourd
8. Papaya
9. Tomato
10. Pointed gourd
11. Ridge gourd
12. Arum
13. Yum
14. Carrot
15. Raw Banana
16. Turmeric powder
17. Panch Phoron
18. Cumin seeds
19. Dried Red chili
20. Sunflower oil
21. Desi ghee
22. Coriander leaves
23. Salt
24. Roasted cumin & red chilli powder (take 3 red chilli & 2 tbs cumin seed then fry it till get brown, then crushed it to make powder ) .It is the special masala which increase the taste of badia dalma .
