I've heard many times about #Construction Contractors taking money for a job and running. Here are 3 things that you can do to make sure that this doesn't happen to you! First, make sure that they have a license! Second, make sure that they have proper Insurance that covers the job. And last, make sure the have a Surety Bond! I dive into more detail in the video.
