Raspberry Pi Foundation just launched the Compute Module 4, which is the compact form factor of Raspberry Pi 4B. Comes with the same processor, BCM2711, Quad-core, Cortex-A72, 64-bit SoC running at 1.5GHz. There is an onboard wireless option for CM4 and it can switch to use onboard PCB antenna or external antenna (U.FL connector) from the software.
Not to forget, there are variations of DDR4 RAM (1GB, 2GB, 4GB & 8GB) and onboard eMMC size (0-Lite, 8GB, 16GB & 32GB). In total, there are 32 models of CM4 to chose from, matches your application and development.

Since there is option for onboard wireless, there is also Antenna Kit for external antenna, fully certified for CM4 and support dual-band WiFi.

Together with CM4, there is now IO board for it as it extend out the high-speed PCIe bus :) You will need the CM4 IO board to get started with CM4.
