Around 220 members of our Software Excellence (SWEX) team from across Europe gathered near Frankfurt for our annual camp. Software Excellence combines the interplay of our various software engineering disciplines with agile development methods and lean principles to continuously deliver outstanding solutions to our clients. Our camps are a fantastic opportunity for our colleagues to come together, collaborate, and share their capabilities within SWEX. 🤝

This year, we focused on three key themes:
AI-augmented Software Engineering: We explored how AI tools like ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot are transforming software engineering, keeping us at the forefront of innovation. 🤖✨
