✿ 無時間又無心機煮飯嘅時間,我就最鍾意煮乜乜乜乜卷 😆 豬肉卷也好牛肉卷也好,一卷一煎就食得,啱晒新手~最緊要係好難煮得唔好食㗎 😙 呢個三色甜椒卷,好食之餘色彩繽紛小朋友都實 like 💁🏻♀️
✿ 今日呢個餸用到嘅都係 AquaGreen 嘅新鮮蔬菜 ❤️ 係由自家農場新鮮直送,無添加有害化學劑及農藥,品質穩定有保證!🥇 我特別鍾意佢哋嘅無土滴灌迷你水果甜椒,紅橙黃三色甜椒煮出嚟嘅餸特別靚!而且我覺得食落無草青味,仲係特別甜呢 🥰 另外仲用咗比較少見嘅長柄西蘭花,長條形狀料理起嚟用法更多啊(就好似今日嘅牛肉卷煮法咁🤫)即使中式炒菜做法都一樣可以㗎 ❤️
✿ 除此之外我都好鍾意佢哋嘅即食沙律 🥗 一盒有肉有菜有醬汁,即開即食好方便!每盒仲寫埋卡路里含量,係減肥妹豬恩物啊 😆

材料:
- 水果甜椒 130g
- 長柄西蘭花 150g
- 牛肉片 200g
調味:
日本醬油 2湯匙、清酒 3湯匙、味醂 3湯匙、糖 1茶匙
做法:
1. 甜椒去蒂、去籽、去白色組織,切條;長柄西蘭花削去根部的外皮,烚 2 分鐘,取出浸冰水待用
2. 用 2 片牛肉片卷起1棵長柄西蘭花及幾條彩椒,表面灑上薄薄一層生粉
3. 燒熱2湯匙油,加入牛肉卷煎至表面金黃,加入調味,再煮6-8分鐘至調味變厚身,完成。
Ingredients:
- 130g Mini Sweet Pepper
- 150g Broccolini
- 200g Sliced Beef
Seasonings:
- 2 tbsp Japanese Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp Sake, 3 tbsp Mirin, 1 tsp Sugar
Steps:
1. Remove the seeds and ribs of sweet pepper, julienne it. Peel the skin on Broccolini’s root. Blanch it for 2 minutes then soak into iced water, set aside.
2. Wrap each broccolini and a few sweet pepper juliennes with 2 beef slices. Coat the beef rolls with a thin layer of tapioca starch.
3. Heat pan with 2 tbsp oil, add beef roll and pan-fry until golden. Add seasonings, and continue to cook for around 6-8 minutes until the seasonings is thickened, done.
