UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has been cleared of wrongdoing over the refurbishment of his Downing Street flat.
He has however been told it was unwise to allow renovations to go ahead without full knowledge of who would cover the cost.
The revamp is said to have cost an estimated £200,000 or approximately $370,000 AUD and work began when Mr Johnson was hospitalised with COVID-19.
The work was initially paid for by the Conservative Party and Tory donor Lord David Brownlow although eventually it was covered by Mr Johnson himself.
